We take online security very seriously. We protect all your credit card information with industry-standard SSL encryption. You’ll know the page you’re on is secure when you see the small padlock symbol (it’s usually yellow or green) next to the address bar or in the bottom right corner of your screen.

After you have placed your order you will be shown an order number and confirmation of your order details on the screen. You will also receive an email with your order details.  Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification so that you can track your order.

Machine wash at 40°.  Do not tumble dry.
When washing your shirt, remember to remove the collar stiffeners.
Iron with steam whilst still slightly damp.

Returns should be made within 28 days of purchase.  If you are unsure email us at help@worboysshirts.com

Make sure you include your name, address and details of your return.  Returns should be sent via standard Royal Mail – please do not request a signature.

Return Exceptions. We will not refund goods that have been damaged or worn.

Exchanges. We are happy to exchange shirt styles or patterns provided they have not been damaged or worn.

Under the distance selling regulations you also have the legal right to cancel your order for up 7 working days from the day after you have received your goods. We have extended this period to 28 days under our No Quibble Guarantee (see the help section for details of our guarantee and how to return goods).

We will refund the full amount you paid for the goods within 30 days of your cancellation provided you send us details of the order number that is to be cancelled either in part or the whole and once we have received back the cancelled goods. We need to receive the goods undamaged, unless you are returning faulty goods. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning any non-faulty goods to us.
