Which Payment methods are accepted on the Online Shop?
Our shop is set up to accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We take online security very seriously. We protect all your credit card information with industry-standard SSL encryption.
You’ll know the page you’re on is secure when you see the small padlock symbol (it’s usually yellow or green) next to the address bar or in the bottom right corner of your screen.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you have placed your order you will be shown an order number and confirmation of your order details on the screen. You will also receive an email with your order details. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification so that you can track your order.
Washing instructions
Machine wash at 40°. Do not tumble dry. When washing your shirt, remember to remove the collar stiffeners. Iron with steam whilst still slightly damp

I can't see my size on the website, what do I do?
We aim to order the right spread of sizes for our customers but sometimes particular sizes are more popular and sell out. Shirt prints are either re-ordered or replaced with new designs. Please get in touch with us and we would be happy to help.
How do I choose the right size?
You need two things, a tape measure and your existing shirt. Measure and Compare your measurements by following the table above. Start with your collar size and work your way down. Please bear in mind that these are shirt measurements, not body measurements.
